We had an amazing group trip here! The place is perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed yoga classes and horse riding lessons, and the food was top-notch. The breakfast was fresh, and the dinner service was superb. Our room was comfy, and the beautiful bathroom added to our experience.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was frustrating when trying to plan our day.

We spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room and enjoyed breathtaking views from the balcony. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the main pool was a highlight. Just a heads-up, the rooms can be noisy if you're on the lower floors. Request a room without overhead accommodations for a quieter stay.

The best and worst parts

The location is breathtaking, nestled in a vast estate with stunning landscapes and mountain views. The restaurant offers delicious meals, including exceptional pizza and fine local wines, paired with attentive service that enhances the experience.

While the amenities are generally impressive, the consistency of the Wi-Fi needs improvement as connectivity can be unreliable, causing some inconvenience when planning daily activities.

It was just a commendable fit for a flash visit in Reggello with fantastic value. The pool was lovely, but we had to bring our towels from the room. Make sure to ask for extra towels before heading to the pool.

Family with children deserved a break

We planned to arrive around 7pm but got delayed and the staff sent us clear directions so we could arrive at 1am, all tired. The best breakfast came in a lovely garden, it was like waking up in paradise with everything fresh.

The Superior Double Room was just awesome! Super comfy bed and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed. We had a nice view from our window, which made mornings feel dreamy. The room had all the modern amenities you could want. Those fancy Salvatore Ferragamo bathroom products. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had!
